Workshop: Focus & Acceleration (Method & Best Practice Workshops)
The “Focus & Acceleration” management workshops include the development/extension/analysis, evaluation, prioritization and implementation planning of the sustainability journey.
The offer
Through collaborative management workshops, CreValon designs the individual sustainability development path together with the stakeholders. This is usually preceded by a thorough 360° analysis of the sustainability status (CreValon offers a separate initial consultation for this). The method is versatile and appeals to actors who are still at the beginning of their sustainability journey as well as those who are already in the middle of implementation.
Through the targeted preparation of workshops based on strategic goals and priorities, CreValon enables management to evaluate possible alternatives step by step and make accurate decisions. Potential benefits are evaluated using a grid of criteria, from greenhouse gas reduction to top-line and bottom-line indicators.
The committed actors gain insights into systematically networked, comprehensive and efficient sustainability management. This helps to identify the opportunities and risks of the business and operating model, systems, data and technologies.
CreValon uses nine strategic questions to validate the Executive Board agenda at all levels - from processes to technology. In the workshops, the business case for the individual sustainability development path is developed step by step.
