CreValon AG
Consulting: Management & results (implementation support)
The consulting services include project management and support for the sustainability development path (business model, operating model, IT, technology).

The offer

CreValon acts as an experienced guide for actors, whether as executives or project managers on the sustainability development path, with a special focus on technologies and IT architecture. CreValon is also available as a sparring partner for targeted decisions or lighthouse projects. As certified project managers (PMI PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, EAM, CISSP, etc.), they adapt flexibly to internal project methods and standards.

The committed actors benefit from many years of expertise in sustainable transformation management. CreValon recognizes the interactions of sustainability programs with data, systems, applications and technologies. CreValon is independent of any vendor or product. In this way, they support the best selection process for the actors, decision-making and, if necessary, implementation. CreValon accompanies the sustainability path with measurable and valuable milestones, tailored to the individual situation of the stakeholders.

Crevalon accompanies the companies as experienced managers, project managers of the sustainability development path, technologists and IT architects from the textile industry or selectively as sparring partners for certain decisions or lighthouse projects. In the intro workshop, Crevalon reflects the status and approach of project and IT management based on potential benefits (supply chain, customer experience). Crevalon asks specific key questions (based on hypotheses and project experience). The aim is to assess aspects of the project that have already been addressed and, in addition, to suggest possible further potential benefits (CO2 reduction and others), fields of action or optimization ideas.
