Description

This workshop offers orientation and practical support for developing credible and authentic B2C communication on sustainability topics. Participants will learn how to avoid both greenwashing and greenhushing and how to communicate their sustainability efforts convincingly.

Successful communication on sustainability requires good preparatory work. The sustainability strategy must be defined and goals set, there must be transparency in the supply chains and a good understanding of the characteristics of the communication channels. In this workshop, we want to examine the combination of these elements in more detail and discuss how sustainability communication strategies must be designed in order to convince consumers of their own commitment.

Linking sustainability strategy and goals with target group-oriented communication
Development of a successful sustainability communication strategy
Best cases: concrete examples of how companies implement sustainability communication positively
