Roadmap for living wages at Coop Naturaline textiles
With its FairShare approach, Coop is specifically promoting living wages in the Naturaline supply chain, thereby moving closer to its targets for 2030.

The offer

Article 23 of the Declaration of Human Rights states, “Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.” With its strategy, Coop wants to contribute to enabling the payment of living wages for Naturaline manufacturers. The goal is to implement the FairShare approach for 80% of Naturaline‘s procurement volume by 2030.
