Fabric Loop
Industry solution for financing and organizing the textile circular economy.
The commitment
Textile distributors are establishing an association that will take responsibility for closing the material cycle. This association will organize all steps involved in closing the cycle, from collection and sorting to preparation for recycling, repair, and recycling. Financing is provided by an advance recycling fee. Fabric Loop coordinates the necessary processes on behalf of the industry. All market participants, including foreign online platforms, contribute to the financing. This circular economy fee is expected to be introduced on a mandatory basis in 2027, once the industry solution has been approved by the federal government.
