In the webinar, legal requirements in the area of used textile collection will be presented and the role that take-back systems (can) play in the context of extended producer responsibility will be discussed.
Potential interdependencies/synergies between different legislative projects will also be discussed.
Examples of take-back systems will be presented and impulses from practice for the underlying concepts - repair / reuse / recycle - will be given.
