The webinar will start off by providing an overview of the core due diligence provisions of both the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and German Supply Chain Act. It will then outline the areas where support via industry and multi-stakeholder initiatives is contemplated.

By drawing from the experience of practitioners from different sectors, the webinar will also offer a space for reflections on current collaborative efforts, including challenges and opportunities ahead.
